We had lots of fun and who knew how relaxing just floating down a lazy river is!?!
Anyways, we met all my coworkers and two of my bosses at a the river near Ashton, Idaho. Each of us brought food for a picnic later and inner-tubes to float in. With everyone's spouse and/or kids, we ended up having a group of about fifty.
(Sorry for the squinting; sun bright!!)It was about a two hour float and the weather was perfect with it not too hot and a nice breeze to cool us down. We had lots of fun bumping into each other and splashing the others.
Jolene even brought her little yorkie puppy, who was a trooper even when he was wet and freezing! But he loved chasing the kids around when we got to land.
A what a great idea for a work party!
For a good part of it, John and I just relaxed and talked as we mo-zied down the river. We could have brought my iPad and watched a movie but I didn't want to risk it getting wet!
All in all, we would totally do this again!
